Responsibilities:
- Perform general housekeeping duties such as cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, and mopping
- Ensure all rooms are kept neat and tidy
- Change bed linens and towels
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms and kitchens
- Empty trash and dispose of waste properly
- Organize and maintain storage areas
- Assist with meal preparation and serving if required
- Provide companionship and engage in conversation with clients
- Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing if necessary
Requirements:
- Previous experience in housekeeping or caregiving preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Physical stamina for prolonged standing, walking, bending, and lifting heavy objects
- Compassionate and patient attitude towards clients of all ages
- Excellent communication skills
