Levander’s Body Shop is seeking to hire an experienced Administrative Assistant at our Omaha, Nebraska location!

Our family-owned body shop is looking for individuals with personal ambition and a strong work ethic to join our successful team. Hours are 8:00am-5:30pm, Monday-Friday. Levander's is a fast growing collision repair shop and we are looking for someone who is eager and willing to be a team player. Job Duties:

• Communicate appropriately with customers, insurance representatives, and team members
• Collect, track, and correct finances
• Create detailed notes in the company's customer relationship management system
• Assist the shop management team to ensure that vehicles are in pre-accident condition
• Reconcile statements
