Qualifications & Responsibilities:

• Previous experience as a barista. We have high volume weekends and morning rushes.
• Familiarity with coffee brewing techniques, espresso machines, and other coffee and espresso equipment.
• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and specialty drinks, according to recipes and customer preferences.
• Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other equipment to brew and steam beverages.
• Ensure beverages are prepared with consistency, quality, and attention to detail.

Customer Service Skills:

• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to provide friendly and efficient service to customers.
• Ability to handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally.

Attention to Detail:

• Strong attention to detail to ensure consistency in beverage preparation and presentation.
• Ability to follow recipes accurately and maintain quality standards.

Time Management:

• Efficient time management skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Teamwork:

• Collaborative attitude with the ability to work well within a team.
