Office Coordinator / Accounting Assistant Opportunity at LEVEL Construction

LEVEL Construction, an esteemed commercial General Contracting and Design-Build firm located in Houston, TX, is expanding and seeking a dedicated Office Coordinator/Accounting Assistant to join our team.

If you are a highly organized individual with excellent communication skills and have experience in effective office coordination with a robust accounting support background, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple critical tasks across various projects with efficiency, accuracy and a winning attitude.
  • Manage administrative tasks such handling phone calls, responding to emails and handling office vendors in a professional manner, etc.
  • Assist with daily office operations including keeping the employee common areas stocked and presentable, office supply coordination and orders, managing maintenance and repairs, and overseeing office equipment needs.
  • Coordinate and book travel arrangements for our staff.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and vendors to ensure efficient operations.
  • Working in alignment with the Accounting Manager, effectively handle all aspects of accounting support for our construction business.
  • Assist in other office duties and projects as needed.

Requirements:

  • Highly proficient in MS Office/365 software (Word, Excel).
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail; ability to multitask effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Accounting support background is necessary. Degree highly desired.
  • Commitment to delivering excellent customer service while representing the organization professionally.
  • Ability to speak both English and Spanish is preferred.

Additional Information: This is a full-time position based in our offices in Houston, TX.
