HR Admin
Hours: 7:30a – 4:30p – Monday – Friday
Pay: $25/hour
Location: Baltimore, MD 21215
Contract: 13 weeks
Start: 7/15
Position Summary:
Provides a range of administrative support to the Human Resource Office and provides the highest level of service for internal and external customers for an acute care hospital and/or Corporate/ Ancillary/CPE HR offices (1000 - 3800 FTEs). Understands and maintains confidentiality.
Assists employees by calling, emailing, or visiting the HR office with general HR inquiries; orders and maintains HR office supplies; supports HR initiatives and HR team members.
Experience Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in the below:
- Payroll
- Badging
- Benefits
- Employee Assistance Program
- Occupational Health
- Related work concerns
