The Marketing Coordinator works with the Marketing Manager to achieve business development goals and objectives by sourcing lead data, effectively executing marketing communication to lead and prospect database and overseeing event and administrative tasks for the business development team.

• Utilize strategic internet searching to aggregate accurate contact information and build databases.
• Oversee and manage CRM system data and provide leadership weekly production reports.
• Take incoming calls and direct them to the team appropriately.
• Manage online webchat to assist prospects and direct them appropriately to sales team members.
• Plan and execute logistics for team events including conferences, trade shows, client events.
• Coordinate calendars and logistics for meetings including travel and registration.
• Coordinate and reconcile business development expenses monthly.
• Greet and set up for onsite meetings.
• Plan and execute client, prospect and partner gifts and communication.
• Engage and interact with company social media channels and efforts.
• Assist with maintenance of marketing and sales files.
• Assist with pulling and maintaining email marketing contact lists.
• Identify and add lead data to DRM system.
• High level customer service inside and out.

• 1-3 years marketing experience.
• High focus on administrative tasks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
