Endodontic Specialist office in Lafayette, LA is seeking a Dental Treatment coordinator/ Billing specialist with a desired minimum of 2-3 years experience.
Job duties include, but are not limited to:
- Checking patients in and out
- Scheduling/ Confirming patients
- Verifying insurance and processing claims
- Treatment plan write-ups/ presentation to patients
- Insurance Billing and Collections
- Aging Analysis
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2-3 years experience desired
- Computer skills (Microsoft office)
- Basic mathematical skills
- Phone skills when talking with patients or referring doctors and staff
- Presentation skills when presenting a treatment plan and diagnosis to patients
- Self motivated, detail oriented, punctual and reliable
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Good organizational skills with ability to multitask.
Must be willing to be cross-trained and be a team player. Professional appearance and attire will be expected at all times. OSHA and HIPAA standards are important to our practice..
