Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an Executive Chef at the Delta Center located in Salt Lake City, UT. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily culinary operations, including menu planning, food preparation, cooking, and kitchen management. You will collaborate with a talented team of chefs and culinary staff to deliver high-quality and innovative dishes that exceed guests' expectations. The Executive Chef will also ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain the highest standards of food quality and presentation.

Qualifications

• Strong culinary skills, including menu planning, food preparation, and cooking techniques
• Experience in kitchen management, including supervising staff and inventory control
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Creativity and ability to develop innovative and appealing dishes
• Excellent leadership and teamwork skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high food quality standards
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Minimum of 10 years of culinary experience, with at least 4 years in a leadership role
• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field is preferred
