A DAY IN THE LIFEWhile no two events are quite the same, here’s what you can expect as a Premium Cook -
- Responsible for preparing food to be served to guests in the venue’s Premium locations such as restaurants, suites, and catered events for guest satisfaction
- Follow recipes to prepare and cook Premium menu items using a variety of kitchen equipment
- May have direct contact with guests working at Chef’s Tables slicing meats or preparing dishes to order
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas and restaurants in compliance with all sanitation and safety requirements
- Ensure compliance with Levy standards, policies, and procedures
- Adapt to shifting between Premium locations within the arena
- Pivot between tasks in a dynamic environment (never a dull moment!)
- Perform any other duties as assigned
- Friendly & energetic individual ready to create memorable moments
- Comfortable operating in a loud, high-volume atmosphere
- Desire to cook (a lot) and sharpen your skills
- Work both independently and with a team
- Experience working in a fast-paced fine dining restaurant or catering required
- Maintain excellent attendance and able to work evening/weekend events as scheduled
- Enjoy free food (we’ll feed you during every shift)

- Excellent communication to interact with team members and guests
- Guest satisfaction-oriented (remember, you’re a part of their experience!)
