The Senior Coordinator of Communication will play a critical role in crafting and driving Levy’s story. Joining the marketing and communications team, we are looking for applicants who understand earned media and the sports landscape. In this role you will be responsible for supporting the development of social/digital content, drafting press materials and media relations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Managing Levy social media presence including Instagram, LinkedIn and X.
- Assist in all phases from development of platform strategy, maintaining content calendar, content creation, community management and engagement.
- Influencer identification, coordination and integration.
- Drafting of communication materials including press releases, fact sheets, media alerts and pitches.
- Translate news and notes into authentic story narratives with dynamic writing skills.
- Media relations including strategy, implementation, and execution.
- Create proactive and opportunistic media strategies, manage media lists and cultivate key media relationships.
- Event planning and activation pre/onsite/post.
- Lead monitoring and reporting across social and traditional media.
- 2-4 years of post-grad experience in PR (agency or corporate in-house) with role/s that have included both media relations and social content.
- Experience in and/or understanding of the sports and entertainment industry.
- Integrated media background - earned/owned/paid.
- Exceptional communication skills (writing and verbal) with an ability to adapt style based on the platform, project and/or partner.
- Passionate consumer (reader/watcher/follower) with an ability to draw relevant connections or opportunities back to business.
- Strategic thinker who recognizes the role of various parts.
