LEWC Inc is seeking Intensive Outpatient Child Adolescent Mental Health Therapists

Full-Time & Part-Time Positions Available. Flexible Scheduling

Maryland Board Licensed LMSW, LGPC, LCSWC, LCPC is Required!!!

- Conduct individual and group therapy sessions for clients with mental health concerns
- Utilize evidence-based treatment modalities to provide effective psychotherapy
- Assess and diagnose clients using standardized assessment tools
- Develop and implement treatment plans based on client needs and goals
- Provide crisis intervention and management as needed
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care for clients
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation
- Collect and analyze data to evaluate treatment outcomes and make necessary adjustments

Skills:
- Proficient in conducting group therapy sessions
- Experience working with individuals diagnosed with mental health diagnosis
- Knowledge of evidence based counseling principles and practices
- Strong crisis management skills to effectively handle emergency situations
- Ability to collect and analyze data for treatment planning purposes
- Competency in conducting comprehensive patient assessments
- Proficient in various psychotherapy techniques and interventions
- Excellent conflict management skills to address client concerns or conflicts
- Familiarity with medical terminology related to mental health conditions
- Experience in providing care for individuals with PTSD, Depression, ADHD
