Responsibilities:
- Provide supervision and guidance to clinical staff, including conducting regular performance evaluations and offering support for professional development.
- Oversee the implementation of research-based practices, including Applied Behavior Analysis, to enhance patient outcomes.
- Coordinate patient care activities, ensuring adherence to ICD-10 coding standards and medical terminology.
- Directly support clinical teams in delivering effective group therapy sessions and behavior management interventions.
- Collaborate with staff on addiction counseling strategies and hospital protocols to optimize patient care.

Skills:

Capability to work with diverse populations as well as children, and families
- Proficiency inevidence-based clinical practices as well as use of eveidence based currculum for treatment serivce delivery.
- Experience in patient care settings with a solid understanding of ICD-10 coding and medical terminology.
- Ability to provide direct support to clinical teams in implementing group therapy sessions and behavior management techniques.
- Familiarity with addiction counseling approaches and hospital referral procedures.
