    SUMMARY:
    The D38 Student Enterprise Operations Manager oversees and supports the logistics surrounding work-based learning experiences for students including, but not limited to, partner management, program development, student support, resource management and compliance.
    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES REQUIRE THE ABILITY TO:
    Register and Manage Visitor Access to the building, ensuring compliance with security protocols.

    Provide assistance and information to visitors staff and tenants as needed.
    Develop and maintain a building usage reservation system.
    Collaborate with designated district 38 staff regarding any necessary supplies, improvements and/or repairs.
    Enforce alignment of student behavior expectations with elements of the Mutually agreeable plans, social contracts and code of conduct through restorative practices and collaboration with designated building administrators.
    Pursue and support remediation processes when necessary.
    Drill/compliance, nutrition, transportation, health, safety.
    Oversee print shop operations with students: marketing, order, fulfillment and delivery, quality assurance.
    Budgeting, invoicing, and inventory. Equipment maintenance and repairs.
    Support Business Education Coordinator/Spec in apparel production.
    Support STEM Education Coordinator/Spec in specialty item production.
    Solicit and maintain department community and business relations.
    Attend professional development opportunities to stay current on post-secondary trends and best practices.
    Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
    EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
    Must hold or be able to obtain a Work-Based Coordinator Credential through the Colorado Department of Education
    LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to communicate in both verbal and written form is necessary to present information and ideas essential position or benefits. Demonstrates a high level of interpersonal and leadership skills. Must be able to relate to people in a manner so as to establish good will and trust.
    MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, percentages, area and volume.
    REASONING ABILITY: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations. Ability to detect and avoid errors.
    OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES: Ability to establish and maintain highly effective working relationships with all employees. Must be able to make decisions and be flexible in adjusting to changing work-loads. Ability to perform duties with awareness of all district requirements and Board of Education policies.
    PHYSICAL DEMANDS: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.     This position works in an office environment. The noise level in the work environment is usually low to moderate.

    All employees are eligible for participation in the Colorado Public Employees Retirement Account, PERA. Full-time employees, employed at least thirty hours per week, of Lewis-Palmer School District are eligible for health insurance plans that include medical, dental, vision, and life insurance. Lewis-Palmer does provide one plan that is of no cost to the individual. However, employees may choose from a selection of plans that include coverage additional options for individuals, employee plus spouse, employee plus children, and family plans.
