Client Satisfaction Representative
The Lexicon Client Satisfaction Representative is responsible for monitoring client satisfaction by completing surveys with our clients. The Part-Time Client Satisfaction Representative reports to the Client Care Supervisor. Role is performed in our Riverport location during the training period (90 days); flexible hours and ability to work from home once trained.

Qualifications
Required Education: High School Diploma or general education degree (GED); 3 to 6 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Other Requirements: Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
Communication Skills: Must speak clearly and communicate effectively over the phone and in person. Must be able to solicit people to participate in the survey. Must have the ability to read and comprehend instructions and memos. Must have good grammar and spelling skills. Must be able to work independently.
Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written or oral form and the ability to deal with problems involving several variables in reoccurring situations.
Computer Skills: Must have basic keyboard/typing skills. Must have a basic understanding of the Internet including how to receive and send email.
Responsibilities
Performs surveying of clients during milestones of our legal service. Proactively contact clients to rate their satisfaction.
Gathers, organizes, and enters client feedback into contact management software.
Applies best judgment and knowledge in answering inquiries from clients regarding our legal services.
Tracks all client interactions and issues in case management software.
Handles sensitive client data with utmost discretion, care and accuracy.
Place outbound telephone calls
Read questions and other text to respondent
Record answers using a computer keyboard
Record responses to open ended questions accurately with correct spelling and grammar
