Position Summary
The Accounts Payable Analyst is responsible for the accurate and efficient handling of the data entry for accounts payable processes while also cross-training and supporting Accounts Payable team members to ensure success within the department. They will play a key role in maintaining financial accuracy and offering insights into accounting processes.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Qualifications
High school education or equivalent. Minimum of two years of alpha/numeric data entering experience. Abilities in the use of Microsoft Office, Excel, and Access. Must have a good working knowledge of computerized accounting systems. Exceptional 10-key data entry skills. Ability to apply sense understanding to carry out instructions. Gather and analyze information skillfully. Excellent attention to detail. Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness.
Physical Demands
equires some overtime and weekend work. Ability to meet deadlines. Must be able to sit and work directly on a computer for long periods of time. All the physical demands listed are essential functions.
