As an Automotive Sales Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, conducting test drives, presenting pricing information and more. Your ability to effectively communicate and meet sales targets will contribute to your success in this role. Note: Previous experience in car sales or automotive industry is preferred but not required. Training will be provided.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing vehicles that meet their needs and budget
- Conduct cold calls and market research to generate leads and expand customer base
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Demonstrate product knowledge and explain features, benefits, and specifications of vehicles
- Negotiate pricing and terms of sale to ensure customer satisfaction
- Complete necessary paperwork and documentation for vehicle sales
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives
Skills:
- Strong organizational skills to manage inventory control and vehicle documentation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers
- Proficient in retail math to calculate pricing, discounts, and financing options
- Ability to conduct market research and identify potential customers
- Basic math skills for calculating payments, interest rates, and loan terms
