We are a nationally recognized growing cosmetic surgery company with locations across the country. We have an incredibly exciting position available and are currently hiring for a Full-time, CRNA for our NYC, Maryland, Atlanta, and Houston locations.
Lexington Plastic Surgeons is looking for a self-motivated, service-minded, and confident CRNA to join our team. This position calls for a provider comfortable practicing with a high level of autonomy in the preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative settings. Cases consist mainly of Cosmetic & Plastic Surgery.
Competencies:
Proficient with interpersonal communication and relationship excellence.
Strong attention to detail, skills in time management, organization, and the ability to delegate.
Demonstrated conflict resolution skills, the ability to collaborate with team members and to develop cross functional teams.
Demonstrated effective stress management skills by prioritizing work, being self-aware, and practicing delegation.
Comprehensive knowledge of specialty medical practice industry
Education and Experience:
Bachelor or Graduate Degree in Nursing.
Graduate with a minimum of a master's degree from a Nurse Anesthesia Educational Program accredited by the Council on Accreditation of Nurse Anesthesia Educational Programs (COA).
Minimum 3 years of experience as a CRNA.
