Content Marketing Associate Lead social media strategy and create content to drive leads and engagement This is a USA based, remote or office-based role.

Working at Lexipol means making a difference day in and day out. The Work The Marketing team develops and executes on strategies to drive demand generation, engage and nurture prospective customers and support customer communications.

The team is a diverse and creative group focused on measurable results. With the rapidly growing company, the Marketing team takes on new challenges as the business evolves, creating personal growth opportunities.

The Marketing team oversees events, content marketing, collateral, digital marketing, advertising, marketing automation and more.

The content marketing associate is responsible for external communication that positions Lexipol as a thought leader in public safety and local government.

You will oversee growing engagement on social media channels, as well as coordinating efforts to build and maintain the company’s favorable public image.

This is done through working in these areas of focus : Social Media (20%) Develop social media messaging (videos, graphics, text) for all company social channels (Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Yammer) comprised of company content and industry thought leadership.

Develop and execute the social media weekly schedule using tools including SocialFlow and Pardot, ensuring appropriate attribution tracking (e.

g., UTMs). Set and monitor goals for social media engagement and create strategic plans to achieve such goals. Stay up to date on emerging social platforms and evaluate for corporate fit.

Blog Content (20%) Work with internal writers to edit and publish blog articles. Author original blogs based on webinars, white papers, reports and other research materials.

Optimize web content for organic search. Public Relations (20%) Assist with company public relations strategy including drafting press releases and news announcements, issuing press releases over the wire, and reporting on press release performance.

Monitor and manage the Lexipol Wikipedia page. Manage the company awards program, including submitting to annual award programs, identifying new opportunities for submissions, writing applications and coordinating related publicity.

Video (10%) Serve as project lead for the creation of product, vertical-specific and corporate brand videos, drafting video scripts and visual ideas and working with an external video production company to see videos through to completion.

Coordinate editing and scheduling of Today’s Tip videos. Collateral (30%) Manage distribution of monthly newsletters for prospects and customers.

Set and monitor goals to improve newsletter metrics and implement strategies to achieve those goals. Assist in creating materials that drive leads and engagement, including landing pages, collateral, web copy, emails, and other thought leadership and promotional content.

Requirements : To be considered for this role, you will have this experience : Minimum 2 years’ experience in B2b marketing, either in a corporate marketing department or marketing agency.

Proven corporate experience with social media automation tools such as SocialFlow, Sprout Social, Sprinklr, SocialPilot, or Hootsuite.

Experience writing content for a corporate setting, including blog articles, marketing copy, website copy, newsletter copy, promotional copy, etc.

Excellent writer, editor, communicator and creative thinker with ability to use data to inform decisions. Solid understanding of marketing concepts and channels including inbound / digital marketing, SEO / SEM, social media, email marketing, lead scoring and lead nurturing.

Experience with video creation and development, including the ability to draft scripts and story boards and experience with video editing tools.

Expert in Microsoft Office. Working knowledge of marketing automation, such as Pardot, HubSpot, Marketo, Eloqua. Experience with B2B CRM.

Salesforce CRM preferred CMS experience; WordPress preferred. Extensive experience in legacy social media platforms (Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Yammer) and familiarity with emerging platforms.

High attention to detail, organized, problem solver with good time management, sense of judgement and adaptability to change.

Preferred Experience : Experience in using generative AI in content production and optimization. Target Outcomes / Target Results Manage the Today’s Tip video schedule and weekly deployment, employing A / B testing to improve open and click-through rates.

Write and issue press releases / news articles for each new product launch, award and other company milestone. Develop and schedule a weekly calendar of social media postings and increase organic engagement across social platforms.

Coordinate applications for at least 4 award programs Employee Value Proposition Work with a highly collaborative team of content marketers, designers, partner marketers, events coordinators, gaining exposure to multiple facets of the marketing process.

Interact with multiple groups and teams within the company. Contribute to safer communities by helping educate first responders through high-quality content.

Understand the impact of your efforts through our laser focus on how our projects impact lead generation and influence revenue.

Learn key marketing concepts critical in the Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) space. Gain exposure to varied types of content marketing activities.

We are quick to support one another and committed to cross-training and work / life balance. Compensation for this role is $60,000-$62,000 annually based on experience and meeting all requirements listed above.
