Our client, an employment litigation boutique in NYC, seeks an employment litigator with 3 years of experience to join its growing practice. The firm boasts a collegial culture and offers strong growth opportunities for the right candidate, including origination credit bonus structures.
The attorney will advise clients on various employment litigation matters, including discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, non-competes and wage and hour disputes. Responsibilities will include legal research and drafting, attending hearings and court conferences, taking and defending depositions, and advising clients generally.
This position is hybrid, with three days on-site days per week in midtown Manhattan. Admission in NY and NJ is required. (The firm will pay for costs associated with NY-admitted candidates waiving into NJ). Salary range is 150k -180k, depending on experience.
