The Opportunity:
We are rapidly expanding the Business Intelligence (BI) team at LG Ad Solutions. This team is responsible for supporting Leadership, Sales, and Operational teams in achieving organizational objectives with data-driven decision making. As a Sr Business Intelligence Analyst you will support multiple work streams from finance to marketing and sales to product. In this role you will have an opportunity to serve as liaison between the parent company and internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities:

• Own the development and maintenance of new and existing reporting dashboards
• Quality assurance and reconciliation of multidimensional data and metrics
• Invent & innovate through rich visualizations in Tableau that tell the story of business trends, patterns & outliers
• Own the reporting of financial metrics and operational insights to the executive team
• Partner with the product and engineering teams to drive data requirements and infrastructure design decisions
• Develop and maintain instruction manuals of data reporting processes and tools
• Serve as a liaison between internal and external teams by providing contextually relevant data to support communication between the parties

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, Mathematics, or other related disciplines (e.g. STEM programs)
• At Least 2 years of full-time work experience related to data/analytics
• Proficiency in SQL/Python and Excel (including VBA, Macros, Pivot Tables, array functions, Power Pivots, etc)
• Experience with dashboarding tools like Tableau or PowerBI
• Strong analytical skills related to working with unstructured datasets
• A successful history of manipulating, processing and extracting values from large disconnected datasets
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Experience supporting and working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment

Preferred:

• Master's Degree in Engineering, Finance, Computer Science or related fields
• Ad-tech experience
