Job Summary: The Product Manager will bridge stakeholders and the development team, managing requirements, translating technical documents into user stories, and aligning UX/UI designs with product goals. This role involves proactive action-taking and collaboration with infrastructure groups, leveraging cloud experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather Requirements: Work with stakeholders to document product needs.
- Manage Stakeholders: Communicate effectively and manage expectations.
- User Story Expertise: Expertise in writing strong, actionable user stories from technical data and documentation.
- Utilize Figma: Translate UX/UI designs into functional features.
- Collect Feedback: Analyze user feedback for product improvements.
- Agile Practices: Act as Product Owner in Agile/Scrum environments, prioritizing backlogs and facilitating ceremonies.
- Collaborate on Infrastructure: Understanding network, storage, compute, and DNS infrastructure concepts.
- Cloud Experience: Guide product development with public and private cloud environments knowledge.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 8 years as a Product Owner or similar role.
- Education: Bachelor's in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred).
- Skills: Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum, user story creation, and cloud infrastructure. Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Trello, and Figma.
- Certifications: CSPO or similar Agile certification preferred.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
