POSITION SUMMARY:

This role will serve as the primary identifying and improving customer pain points using data to identify key pain point areas. You will be expected to analyze customer data to seek improvement points and take ownership in improving and/or creating new process changes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work independently in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
• Follow the managerial direction, under general supervision, to support preparation of business reports for top management while sharing key insight of each project / task.
• Perform operational analysis by gathering, measuring, analyzing data and trends for department operation, activities and projects.
• Understand what variables impact business operation variance and how it should respond tactically.
• Analyze customer communication and behavior, using big data, to support and design effective consultation method performance towards goal achievement.
• Analytical ingenuity and leadership, coupled with demonstrated cross-functional partnership, are critical skills for this role, as this is a high visibility role with heavy interaction across senior business development and field service management.
• Drive continuous improvement by simplifying and automating planning processes by working with analytics partners based on key analytical outcomes.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics or related field
• English and Korean bilingual required
• 2 years’ minimum experience in related field
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Travel: Generally, less than 10%.
