Concessions:

 Ability to provide excellent guest service while working in a very fast-paced environment

 Serve food, beverages, or desserts to customers in a very fast-paced environment

 Proper cash handling including, greet and service guests at the registers, taking orders, and accepting payments, handling cash, debit and credit cards

 Replenish foods at serving stations

 Prepare food such as popcorn, hot dogs, ice cream dishes, and fountain sodas, using standard formulas or following directions

.  Prepare bills for food, using cash registers, calculators, or adding machines; and accept payment and make change.

 Scrub and polish counters, steam tables, and other equipment, and clean dishes and fountain equipment

 Inventory control: Assess inventory and assist in preparing product orders as necessary  Stock and restock items as necessary

 Insure all sanitation procedures are followed relating to all local licensing regulations

Food Runners:

• Obtain and Maintain a working knowledge of all food menus including carryout and catering menus
• Assure guests have everything they need on the tables after delivery of food.
• Ensures guest has proper silverware, napkin, share plates when delivering food.
• Keep kitchen station clean and organized.
• Utensils & steak knives polished and stocked.
• Assist all servers, bartenders and managers with carrying of plates.
• Communicate effectively and courteously with guests, and co-workers.
• Communicate food orders to chefs, paying attention to priorities and special requests (e.g. food allergies)
• Perform calmly and effectively under stressful conditions.
• Promote an atmosphere of teamwork by assisting co-workers.

Job Type: Temporary

Pay: $11.00 - $14.00 per hour
