LGC Hospitality is hiring for Entry Level Managers looking for a long term opportunity with continued training and development.
Snapshot of the position:
Recruit candidates to work at our client locations, such as Hotels, Hospitals, Schools, Event Venues, Sporting Venues, and more!
Facilitate Interviews and onboarding of workers.
Management of employees
Sales calls and outside Sales to prospective clients for Business Development
On-site Event Check in's - You are not stuck in an office all day!!
What we look for:
· Work experience of 1-2 years of experience in Hospitality, such as in Hotels, Restaurants, and Events
· A vehicle for traveling to client sites and for outside sales.
· Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus!!
· Must be at least 21 years of age.
· A competitive spirit and solid drive to succeed and enjoys a challenge.
· The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
· Strong communication skills
· Excellent time management and organizational skills
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite/Teams
· Available to work outside of an 8 am-5 pm schedule when needed
.Can work weekends and Holidays as needed
. Able to participate in on call responsibilities

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
