Job SummaryLGCY is looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to enhance our social media presence. This individual will be part of a dynamic creative team that creates top-notch content and has established a strong brand in the solar and D2D industry. The Social Media Manager will ensure all owned social media channels effectively represent the brand, drive engagement, and foster positive interactions with new and current customers. The Social Media Manager will collaborate closely with the Sr. Director of Marketing and Media Director to develop and implement social media strategies, create and share engaging content, analyze performance metrics, and stay updated on the latest social media trends.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement social media strategies to align with business goals.
  • Manage the company’s brand presence on social media platforms.
  • Create, edit, publish, and share engaging content daily (e.g., original text, photos, videos, news).
  • Write creative and clever captions for social media posts.
  • Increase following and engagement across all social media platforms.
  • Establish and manage affiliate partnerships.
  • Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages promptly in a creative and helpful manner.
  • Utilize social media marketing tools to enhance brand presence.
  • Collaborate with marketing professionals to develop social media campaigns.
  • Analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Provide regular reports to leadership on social media engagement and performance.
  • Keep detailed reporting of performance and engagement across all platforms.
  • Monitor social media trends, conduct competitor and customer audience analysis, and inform management of relevant changes.
  • Set key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media campaigns and measure performance against these KPIs.
  • Post content at optimal times and manage responses outside of business hours, including weekends and holidays as needed and when something can’t be scheduled in advance.
  • Stay on top of trends and continuously think of new and unique ideas to keep our platforms relevant.
  • Stay knowledgeable about new and upcoming features to Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.
  • Be open to feedback and have the ability to implement ideas from company leaders.
  • All other tasks assgined.
Required Qualifications
  • In-depth knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest, and YouTube
  • Minimum 1 year of social media management experience
  • Proven ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video)
  • Strong copywriting and verbal skills, including proper grammar and attention to detail
  • Detail-oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills, including strong listening skills
  • Proficiency with Apple iOS and MacOS
  • Basic graphic design skills; experience with Photoshop is a plus
  • Up to date with the latest social media trends and ability to stay on top of them
  • Flexibility to post outside standard business hours, including weekends and holidays as needed and when something can’t be scheduled in advance
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in digital marketing
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Familiarity with social media scheduling and management software (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social)
  • Ability to operate independently without continuous oversight, taking initiative to identify and solve work-related problems
  • Experience with using and leveraging AI tools to assist with social media management responsibilities
Job Type
  • Full Time (40-45 hours per week)
  • The creative team works in-office at our Lehi HQ and remotely on Fridays.
