MAIN DUTIES
The day to day running of the Restaurant, To interact positively & proactively with guests and staff using a high level of social skills, to satisfy guest requirements and to encourage repeat business.
To Control The Following
- The quality and presentation of food and beverage items
- Staff discipline
- The maintenance of all equipment within the department
- The Service Standards training
- The Health and Safety training for the role
- The Restaurant wage cost.
- Investigate any negative comments from guests and/or act accordingly

To produce a weekly rota for the Department as required, ensuring payroll costs are controlled.
To undertake Duty Management shifts whenever required.
To complete daily wages and Weekly Wages.
To take sustained actions to develop the capability of the team to provide excellent guest service.
To represent the hotel professionally at all times.
HEALTH AND SAFETY
To be fully familiar with all Health and Safety instructions relevant to your area of work
To adhere to all current legislation pertaining to fire, health and safety in connection with the Food and Beverage Department.
