LGO Hospitality is looking for a dynamic & hardworking, experienced Sous Chef!
We have gained a reputation for our high quality food and exceptional ingredients. Our food is exciting and our menu changes often. Our farm-to-fork point of view is rooted in our philosophy of starting with great ingredients and treating them simply. Also, utilizing the Farmer's Markets is one of the ways we support the local people and culture and keep ourselves integrated in it as much as possible.
We are looking for Candidates who have a minimum of 3 years (solid) experience working as a Sous Chef in a Full Service Restaurant; those who want to take the next step in their career, want to learn and grow with a company and teach others as well. Ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills and an ability to think on their feet while keeping a level head and a positive attitude. Must have ability and desire to develop and coach staff. Our Chefs set the standard for others, leading by example, remaining positive and remaining professional under the most chaotic of situations.
Competitive Pay and Benefits
- 2 weeks paid vacation, 3 weeks after 3 years with the company- 4 weeks paid sabbatical after 10 years with the company
