Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting our agents with various insurance policies and helping clients connect with our agents to find insurance policies that suit their needs.
Duties
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction
- Follow-up with carriers for quotes sent to Underwriting
- Service Policy Renewals
- Ensure premiums are paid on time to avoid cancellations
- Call carriers on behalf of clients regarding coverage policy questions
- Stay up-to-date on new insurance products and changes in regulations
- General administrative duties
Skills
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Computer literacy
- Proficient in using phone systems
- Strong time management skills
- Friendly telephone and verbal communication skills with clients and colleagues
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure- Excellent oral and written communication skills

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
