About the Role :

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a dedicated Call Center Representative for our client in Covington, KY (41011). This role is ideal for candidates with 1 to 2 years of experience in a call center environment who are looking to continue growing their skills.

Key Responsibilities :

• Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Follow call center scripts and guidelines to provide consistent service.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications :

• 1 to 2 years of call center experience is required.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using call center software and CRM systems.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional customer service training is a plus.
