LHH Recruitment Solutions has partnered with a Grand Rapids company seeking a Controller to join their growing team.

Responsibilities:

• Manage month-end close procedures (inventory, reconciliations, journal entries, financial reporting).

• Oversee day to day accounting.

• Coordinate capital expenditure approvals.

• Prepare annual budget.

• Cost accounting.

• Conduct business analysis and recommend cost-saving measures.

• Maintain relationships with auditors, insurers, and banks.

• Oversee annual CPA review.

• Support ERP initiatives and guide IT department.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• 7 years of accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing.

• Supervisory experience

• Proven track record of hands-on leadership with a focus on achieving results.

Pay Details: $120,000.00 to $140,000.00 per year
