LHH Recruitment is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support a retail company in Orlando, FL. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting customers in the healthcare space with high-volume call center experience
 
Responsibilities:

• Support customers with all inquiries regarding their healthcare and insurance products
• Manage a high-volume call quota
• Successfully work way through 3 week training program

• 1-3 years of experience working in healthcare customer service
• Experience with high-volume call center
• Strong phone presence and experience making a high volume of calls each day

Skills:

• Proficient in Excel, Powerpoint, and CRM
• Organized
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Work Type:

• Onsite, Full Time (with option for hybrid at a later date)
• Contract to hire
• Compensation: $17-18/hr

Pay Details: $17.00 to $18.00 per hour
