LHH Recruitment is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support a retail company in Orlando, FL. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting customers in the healthcare space with high-volume call center experience
Responsibilities:
Support customers with all inquiries regarding their healthcare and insurance products
Manage a high-volume call quota
Successfully work way through 3 week training program
Experience
1-3 years of experience working in healthcare customer service
Experience with high-volume call center
Strong phone presence and experience making a high volume of calls each day
Skills:
Proficient in Excel, Powerpoint, and CRM
Organized
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Work Type:
Onsite, Full Time (with option for hybrid at a later date)
Contract to hire
Compensation: $17-18/hr
