Healthcare Customer Service Representative

Schedule: Must be flexible to start between 6:30 AM - 9:00 AM
Pay Range: $20 - $24 per hour
Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Healthcare Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare related customer service and medical call center experience. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support.
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.
Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Assist in the coordination of services and appointments.
Stay up to date with company policies, procedures, and services.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Prior experience as a Customer Service Representative in a medical call center environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to handle a high volume of calls in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in using computer systems and software related to customer service.
Flexibility to start between 6:30 AM and 9:00 AM as needed.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications will be a plus.
