We're seeking a proactive and motivated HR Generalist/Associate HRBP to join their team at their onsite location in Portland, OR, where you'll play a vital role in supporting our mission and contributing to their organizational growth.

Hours: Building opens at 6:30 am, with flexible hours during business hours, Monday to Friday.
Compensation: $65K-$75K, DOE
Job Description:HR Generalist/Associate HRBP role, where you'll be involved in various HR functions and project work. Your responsibilities will encompass employee relations, benefits administration, some recruitment, and onboarding (NO TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT). The role will evolve based on your skillset and organizational needs, providing you with a diverse and rewarding experience.
Background:

• 2 years of HR generalist or similar experience preferred.
• Preference for candidates with stable work history and good reasons for job changes.
