LHH Recruitment Solutions, in partnership with a law firm in Rochester, NY is seeking an experienced Litigation Legal Assistant to join their team.
This position is 100% on-site. Litigation experience required.
Responsibilities:
· Providing administrative support to members of the litigation practice
· Managing calendars
· Preparing expense reports and invoices
· Corresponding with clients
· Creating and editing documents
· Answering phones
Requirements:
· 3 years of recent litigation support experience
· Strong MS Office knowledge and typing skills
· Excellent communication skills
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Benefit offerings include medical and may include additional voluntary benefits. A healthcare stipend is provided by the firm.
The anticipated salary range for this position is between $50,000-$65,000 per year based on experience.
