LHH is currently searching for a Office Manager for our client in Brecksville OH. This is a direct hire position that can start in the next two weeks. Must reside within reasonable commuting distance to be considered for this position. This is an onsite position, M-F, 8-5pm.
Salary Range: $50,000 - $60,000
Job description
Responsibilities:
Manage a team of 3-4 employees.
Monitor and improve processes within the office.
Track and follow through on action items.
Maintain databases and tracking documents.
Work with limited supervision.
Must be able to complete multiple tasks effectively, including work prioritization.
Perform other duties as necessary to accomplish departmental objectives.
Required Experience/Skills:
Previous managerial experience required.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel and Microsoft Word.
Experience working with Oracle software preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Self-motivated and self-directed.
Able to prioritize and manage time efficiently.
Ability to work independently and as an active member of a team.
