LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a local Pittsburgh law firm in search of an experienced real estate paralegal. This boutique law firm offers exceptional compensation, interesting work and a collaborative culture.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with commercial closings start to finish
- Draft closing documents
- Coordinate closings and prep documents such as deeds, affidavits, releases etc.
- Draft closing instruction letters and title objection letters
- Work with the client and update on transaction status
- Order surveys
- Work with title company regarding title searches and commitments
- Maintain closing checklists, calendar and over all tasks
Qualifications:
- Prior experience with commercial real estate closings preferred
- Prior experience with Soft Pro is preferred
- Excellent attention to detail and interpersonal skills
- Prior law firm experience is preferred
