Part-Time Receptionist

Location : Montgomery, Ohio

Pay Rate : $17 - $19 per hour

Hours : 20 to 30 hours per week

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a highly organized and personable Part-Time Receptionist on behalf of our client in Montgomery, Ohio.

If you have excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities :

• Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments.
• Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
• Handle mail distribution, deliveries, and incoming / outgoing correspondence.
• Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings or appointments as needed.
• Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.

Qualifications :

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer-facing role is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a busy environment.
• A positive attitude and professional appearance.
