LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Senior Accountant. In this role you'll play a pivotal role in financial reporting, analysis, and compliance.
Responsibilities:
Oversee month-end and year-end close processes
Prepare and analyze financial statements
Lead budgeting and forecasting activities
Review and reconcile complex accounts
Provide guidance and support to junior staff
Assist with audits and tax filings
Implement and improve accounting policies and procedures
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or a related field.
CPA certification required
Strong understanding of GAAP and financial principles
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Skills:
Proficiency in accounting software to streamline processes and maximize efficiency.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a similar role.
