Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Temporary Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to two executives for one of our clients. As a Temporary Executive Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the executives' daily activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to two executives, assisting them in managing their schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Act as a liaison between the executives and other team members, clients, and external stakeholders, maintaining effective communication at all times.
  • Prepare and coordinate documentation, presentations, and reports for meetings and presentations.
  • Conduct research and compile information to assist the executives in making informed decisions.
  • Manage and prioritize incoming emails, calls, and correspondence, ensuring urgent matters are addressed promptly.
  • Handle confidential information with utmost discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions.
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating company events, conferences, and special projects.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working directly with executives is essential for this role.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to draft professional correspondence and reports.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and also collaborate effectively within a team.

Pay Details: $25.00 to $30.00 per hour
