LHH is Hiring a 2858- Assembler I - Shift 2 Near Southington, CT
Responsibilities:
- Manually assemble small parts using hand tools, fixtures, and equipment
- Inspect, weigh, package, and sort out defective medical devices as required
- Sort product for defects
- Perform visual inspection of product to ensure good quality using various types of magnification
- Complete production records and work order documentation as needed
- Weigh count, package, and label finished product
- Maintain a clean work area
- Ability to complete documentation
- Excellent dexterity
- Ability to comprehend and follow procedures
- Ability to identify non-conforming product
- Effective listening and communication skills
- High School Diploma or GED
- Previous experience desirable
- Must be 18 years of age
- Excellent hand/eye coordination
- Capability to work independently without requiring assistance from others
- Flexibility to adapt to changing work environments
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify non-conformities or quality problems
- Effective listening and communication skills
Pay Details: $16.00 to $18.50 per hour
