LHH Recruitment Solutions (fka Accounting Principals) is looking for an Account Coordinator (Accounts Receivable) for a client of ours in Pittsburgh, PA. This role primarily focuses on managing accounts receivable and client relations. Responsibilities include analyzing client payment profiles, collaborating with colleagues, and facilitating timely invoice payments. The position acts as a bridge between attorneys and clients, providing insights on payment trends and risks. Responsibilities:
Client Interaction: Proactively engage with clients to ensure timely invoice payments and address any challenges.
Collections Management: Follow up with clients, document actions taken, and determine next steps for overdue accounts.
Data Maintenance: Maintain accurate records of collection activities within the Accounts Receivable system.
Communication: Provide updates to business unit personnel regarding client receivables.
Statement Processing: Review and mail client statements monthly.
Process Improvement: Collaborate with other teams to enhance the bill-to-cash cycle.
Billing Coordination: Interface with various eBilling platforms to track invoice status.
Practice Group Support: Assist practice groups with collection efforts, offering recommendations and documentation.
Risk Assessment: Regularly meet with management to identify potential at-risk accounts.
International Collaboration: Work with Revenue Coordinators in international offices to monetize receivables.
Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma; relevant college courses preferred.
Experience: Previous experience in a service industry or law firm.
Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, is beneficial.
