LHH is Hiring an Accountant Near Brea, CA
This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with other team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- General Ledger Management: Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Accounts Payable/Receivable: Process accounts payable and receivable transactions, including verifying, coding, and posting invoices and payments. *** Trade Payables. Leasing a plus. Working on payoff lease, and inventory.
- Bank Reconciliations: Perform monthly bank reconciliations to ensure all transactions are recorded accurately.
- Month-End Closing: Assist in the month-end closing process, including preparing journal entries, account reconciliations.
- Prepare and analyze Toro financial reports, ensuring they are accurate, complete, and in compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with GAAP, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Special Projects: Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned by management. Vendor Agreements.
Experience: 3 years of operational accounting experience, preferably in a corporate environment with distribution background.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP software. Intermediate Excel.
Benefits: Medical, Dental and Vision
Pay Details: $80,000.00 to $90,000.00 per year
