Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Manage all accounting operations including billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, and financial reporting.
- Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes.
- Coordinate and manage annual audits.
- Prepare tax returns and ensure timely filing in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to enhance workflow efficiency and accuracy.
- Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements.
- Conduct regular financial forecasting and risk analysis.
- Manage payroll and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Assist with budget preparation and financial planning.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory authorities as required.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business decision-making.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or equivalent certification is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Pay Details: $60,000.00 to $75,000.00 per year
