LHH Recruitment Solutions is searching for a SEC Accounting Analyst in the Scottsdale area. Our client is seeking a highly motivated individual who will play an integral role on their team. Responsibilities: • Play a key role in quarterly processes, equity accounting, and investor relations • Prepare and support SEC filings (10Q, 10K) during Q1, collaborating with Investor Relations for earnings releases and presentations • Manage recurring monthly tasks in off-quarters, with additional time dedicated to special projects like research, footnote drafts, and ad-hoc requests from senior management • Stay updated on new accounting pronouncements and assist with implementing them in SEC filings • Contribute to automating insurance accounting processes
Qualifications: • 2 years of experience • Experience with JD Edwards (JDE), Bank of America for equity accounting, and Workiva, preferred
Education: • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, required
Skills: • Communicate pricing recommendations to sales & market team • Fast-paced, results oriented • Thrive in both independent and collaborative environments
Compensation: $75,000-90,000
