Accounting Supervisor $90K-$110K (On-site in Fort Worth)

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an Accounting Supervisor for our client in the landscape industry located in Fort Worth, TX. This position involves overseeing accounting and financial management functions, ensuring proper accounting practices and procedures, and supporting decision-making processes.

Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain accounting practices and procedures.
• Lead and coordinate all accounting operations and activities.
• Transition accounting system from QuickBooks to SAP Business One.
• Conduct thorough account reconciliations and performed detailed analyses.
• Facilitate communication with branches to ensure precise accounting for purchases and expenses.
• Perform in-depth analysis of balance sheets and income statements
• Strategize and manage receivable collections to sustain strong cash flow
• Cultivate banking relationships and maximized the efficiency of financial resources.
• Deliver insightful analysis and strategic recommendations to aid in decision-making.
• Assist with financial audits and proposed improvements for procedural efficiency.

Client Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field
• Minimum 10 years of related experience
• Experience with SAP Business highly preferred
