Job Title: Accounts Payable Analyst

Location: Rancho Cucamonga, CA

Position Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire

Work Schedule: Business Casual

Pay: $26 - $30 per hour (Based on Experience)

Education: Bachelor's Degree Preferred

Experience: 5 years of prior experience in high-volume accounts payable, preferably in the insurance industry

Responsibilities:

As a Direct Hire Accounts Payable Analyst, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

1. Invoice Processing: Efficiently handle the processing of high-volume invoices, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
2. Matching and Coding: Match invoices with purchase orders, code invoices appropriately, and perform data entry tasks.
3. Weekly Check Runs: Assist in the execution of weekly check runs and other payment processes.
4. Month-End Close Assistance: Collaborate in activities related to month-end closing procedures for accounts payable.
5. 1099s: Contribute to the preparation and issuance of 1099 forms as necessary.
6. Expense Reports: prepare monthly expense reports and imbursements
7. Obtain appropriate approval from managers
8. Enter invoices to NetSuite and process payments

Qualifications:

1. 5 years of prior experience in high-volume accounts payable, with a preference for candidates with a background in the insurance industry.
2. Bachelor's degree is preferred.
3. Familiar with NetSuite preferred
4. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs.
5. Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in financial data entry.
6. Effective communication and organizational skills.
