Responsibilities include
- Handling staff expense reimbursements: verifying accuracy, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring no duplicate entries.
- Processing accounts payable and batch invoices.
- Researching overdue balances.
- Setting up new vendors by obtaining necessary documentation.
- Reviewing vendor account statements.
- Filing approved invoices and expense reports.
- Contacting relevant personnel for pending approvals or missing invoices.
- Assisting with various projects as required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
- High school diploma or GED required; an associate or bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is a plus.
- Upholding the highest standards of ethics and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
