Administrative Assistant – Hackensack, NJ LHH is proactively recruiting for an Administrative Assistant near Hackensack, NJ. This position is a 100% onsite. It is a Direct Hire (Perm). The anticipated pay range is between $40,000 to $45,000. depending on experience. Person needs to be able to start ASAP. Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan. Our program provides employees the flexibility to choose the type of coverage that meets their individual needs. Available paid leave may include Paid Sick Leave, where required by law; any other paid leave required by Federal, State, or local law; and Holiday pay upon meeting eligibility criteria.
Responsibilities:Answering Phones in a professional manner
Filing
Scanning
Updating information into database
Manage database
Prepare reports or correspondence
Buy supplies needed for office
Data Entry
Qualifications:Must be proficient in MS Office Suites, Excel is a plus.
Has 1-2 years in admin background
Has good written and verbal communication
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Strong organizational skills
Employment type: Direct Hire(perm)
Salary: The anticipated salary range is between $40,000-$45,000
Pay Details: $40,000.00 to $45,000.00 per year
