Administrative Assistant – Philadelphia, PA LHH is proactively recruiting for an Administrative Assistant position near Philadelphia, PA. This position is Temp (Contract). The anticipated pay range is between $18-$21/hr. depending on experience. Need someone to start ASAP. Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan. Our program provides employees the flexibility to choose the type of coverage that meets their individual needs. Available paid leave may include Paid Sick Leave, where required by law; any other paid leave required by Federal, State, or local law; and Holiday pay upon meeting eligibility criteria.
Responsibilities:Calendaring
Scheduling meetings
Data entry of inputting information into spreadsheets
Assisting a team with any administrative duties
Answering emails/correspondence
Qualifications:Must be proficient in MS Office Suites, must know how to utilize spreadsheets
Strong organizational skills
Must be able to communicate professionally and efficiently
1-2 years in administrative background
Employment type: Contract (temp)
Salary: The anticipated pay range is between $18-$21/hr. depending on experience
Pay Details: $18.00 to $21.00 per hour
