Expense reports
Coordinating meetings, lunches, and events
Preparing documents – proficient in Adobe and Microsoft Word
Maintain and update Assurance photo directory
Deliveries (through Fed Ex & UPS)
Binding documents for presentations
Qualifications:
Three (3) or more years of administrative experience, required
Professional services firm experience, preferred
