LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an Administrative Assistant for a 2-3 month contract position in Dallas, TX. This is for an assurance, tax, and financial advisory company with an excellent reputation.

Pay Details: $25.00 to $27.00 per hour

Responsibilities
- Expense reports
- Coordinating meetings, lunches, and events
- Preparing documents – proficient in Adobe and Microsoft Word
- Maintain and update Assurance photo directory
- Deliveries (through Fed Ex & UPS)
- Binding documents for presentations
- Three (3) or more years of administrative experience, required
- Professional services firm experience, preferred
Pay Details: $25.00 to $27.00 per hour
